Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) Solutions

At Sheenwater Group LLC, we bring over 40 years of expertise in pipe rehabilitation to provide efficient and reliable cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) solutions. This advanced, trenchless technology restores the integrity of pipelines without the need for disruptive excavation. Ideal for a wide range of applications, CIPP is revolutionizing the way damaged pipes are repaired, offering durability, versatility, and minimal disturbance to your property.

How the CIPP Process Works

Cured-in-place pipe lining involves the use of a resin-impregnated liner that is pulled through the damaged pipe and inflated.

Using steam or hot water, the liner is heat-cured to adhere to the inside of the old pipe, effectively creating a new pipe within the existing one.

All individual water services are carefully plugged to prevent resin from entering the lateral, and these connections are reinstated with precision robotic cutting once the curing process is complete. This seamless procedure ensures a robust and long-lasting solution that maintains the original shape and flow capacity of the pipe.

Experience the Benefits of CIPP on Your Property

CIPP is a versatile solution suitable for restoring pipes made of materials such as cast iron, clay, PVC, concrete, and corrugated metal. It helps to prevent corrosion, leaks, and blockages that often plague aging pipelines, ensuring improved water flow and reduced maintenance costs. One of the standout advantages of CIPP is its minimal disruption to surrounding areas. There is no need for extensive digging, allowing industrial sites, municipalities, and businesses to save time and avoid costly landscape restoration.
